The games

The site offers free card games in your web browser for personal entertainment. No account or payment is needed. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

Fair use

Please don't:

• interfere with the site or try to access it in ways it wasn't built for;

• copy or republish the site's code, design or text, except where the law allows;
• use the site to break the law or anyone's rights.

Who owns what

The card games themselves are traditional and belong to nobody. The site's software, design, artwork and text belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use the site for your own enjoyment.

Advertising and other websites

The site is paid for by advertising, including Google AdSense. We're not responsible for the content of ads or of other websites we link to, including our sister sites.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using, or being unable to use, the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how data is handled.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, this doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under your local law.
